Our standard shipping and handling is $4.95 worldwide. Please note duties and customs may apply in certain countries and we do not determine or cover these.
HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our team has worked very hard so we can now ship our wall hangings across the globe. All pieces are made in small batches to ensure high quality work. Most of our products ship within 1 week with tracking numbers and arrive in about 7-18 business days depending on your location. Some items will arrive even sooner! During peak seasons, this timeframe may be extended.
*Please note, there may be some shipping delays due to COVID-19. Some countries such as Australia may hold deliveries for 14 days before releasing them.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
To cancel or change an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or changed. If you would like to check the status of your order or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
HOW CAN I REPLACE INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS?

We are based in the United States and our pricing is in USD. We are so grateful that because of our loyal customers, we have been able to expand. We now have production facilities globally to help us produce beautiful and high quality work at affordable prices. Your order may ship from any of these global locations.

WHY WAS MY CARD DECLINED?
If your card was declined due to a zip code or postal code error, please contact. your bank to verify the billing address associated with your card and try again.
Other reasons for declined cards include, but are not limited to: insufficient funds, cards not supporting international transactions (if you are outside the United States)
HOW DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
If your purchase was successful, an order number will be generated and a confirmation email sent to you. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
